What the public website records
The website uses cookie-free, first-party measurement to record limited interaction details—such as pages viewed, assessment progress, resource downloads, and contact intent—to help Apex understand which tools are useful. These events use a temporary session identifier, do not require your name or email, and are disabled when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
Assessment information
If you request a fuller assessment result, Apex stores the name, business name, email address, consent, preliminary scores, and related assessment details you submit. This information is used to prepare and follow up on your request.
Private portal security
The owner portal uses ChatGPT authentication and a server-side owner allowlist. Passwords are not collected or stored by this website. Sign-in sessions, password recovery, and session expiration are handled by ChatGPT. Portal access attempts are logged for security review.
Sharing and retention
Apex does not sell personal information. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the requested relationship, operational records, security, or legal obligations. Access is restricted to authorized Apex personnel.
